ORDERING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and will usually despatch all orders within 5 days of receipt (subject to receiving full payment).
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted via email or telephone to discuss substituting the product or keeping the item as a back order for you.
Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an email from us stating all the details of your order.
We ship via a UK courier company and/or by Royal Mail. The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Some deliveries may require a signature and the carrier will not leave the items without a signature. Please contact us if you need to discuss this.
If the courier cannot deliver the parcel he will leave a card stating that he has called and giving information relating to a redelivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods can be delivered within the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday.
If you have a special date that you need to receive the items by, please ensure that you inform us of this date, by email or telephone, and we will endeavour to meet this date if it is possible.

Customers ordering from the EU may be charged tax and customs charges for their goods as they enter the country.

We do accept UK cheques with the cheque guarantee number and expiry date written on the reverse. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared through our bank account. Please allow up to 7 days for the cheque to clear.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event your goods are faulty please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the item and we will arrange for either a credit or a replacement to be sent out. Goods are only substituted after discussing the situation with the customer by phone, fax or email.
The shopper has the right to cancel the order with EQD Ltd within 7days after the receipt of goods and the goods should be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. When the goods are received at the EQD Ltd address then a refund will be made to the customer. Please note thatwe advise that a trackable means of posting is used to ensure that the goods are returned to us.
